We are pleased to announce that the Texas Coalition of Homes for Children has changed its name to Family Resource Centers of Texas (FRCTX). This change was made to recognize the full continuum of services being offered by our member agencies. In addition to residential care and foster care, FRCTX agencies offer supportive and educational services designed strengthen families.
